Lewis is a Welsh midfielder who has joined Caernarfon Town Football Club. He primarily plays as a central midfielder, before joining Caernarfon Town, Lewis played for Aberystwyth Town, Guilsfield, Porthmadog, Caersws, and Barmouth & Dyffryn. In the 2024/2025 season, he appeared in 23 matches in the Cymru Premier, scoring 1 goal.
