Back The Cofis Fundraiser

The upcoming season marks the fourteenth year since a group of supporters formed a new Board and saved the club from bankruptcy.
Since then, we have achieved two promotions, experienced numerous cup triumphs and now look forward to our sixth consecutive season in the Cymru Premier League.
We have achieved all this with a committee of supporters who are all volunteers at the club.
We have also achieved it by relying solely on gate receipts and sponsorship. Our priority as a Board is to run a sustainable club, whilst being competitive on the field.
However, the past two years have been a real challenge as we try and recover from the pandemic and do our best to give the Town a team to be proud of.
We are often contacted by supporters who may not want to sponsor us and don’t have a business so would just like to donate something towards the running of the club.
With this in mind we have taken the decision to introduce the ‘Back the Cofis - Fuelling our Future Together’ campaign where those who would like to donate towards keeping the club sustainable can do so.
Many clubs have introduced a ‘Boost the Budget’ campaign in recent seasons but we would prefer to use any donations we may receive to be used to help us run the club in addition to boosting the budget, and hopefully provide financial stability at a difficult time for football clubs across the country.
This is where you can play an integral part in helping us.
We are aware of the rising cost of living, and understand that not everyone will be able, or even want to, make a donation to the club.
The priority is always to look after our families first and foremost. However, if you are fortunate enough to be in a position to donate something to the club for the coming season, and want to do so, we would be very grateful and can assure you that it will make a significant difference to the club.
You can contribute any amount you like, no matter how large or small, and can do so as a lump sum or a monthly direct debit.
The ‘Back the Cofis’ campaign will be open from today until the end of August and we are not announcing any donation targets as every donation, no matter how big or small, will be much appreciated and will provide a big boost to us.
We will post regular updates of the amount donated on our website and social media platforms.
