Caernarfon face Cymru Premier League champions The New Saints at the Oval this tuesday evening in what promises to be an exciting encounter between two sides that have started the season well. It is no surprise that Craig Harrison's side has began strongly again this term and they currently sit on top of the CPL with twenty points from their opening eight fixtures. They are the only team in the top tier to remain unbeaten at this stage and make the journey to the Oval on the back of a resounding 5-1 victory at Cardiff Met on friday.
Caernarfon have been in decent form themselves and Richard Davies' side sit joint third in the league, having picked up fourteen points from their opening eight matches. The Cofis have surprised a few people this season with the quality of their squad and they will feel confident after a hard fought victory over Pontypridd on saturday.
